Show do Milhao is a Brazilian game show that was originally broadcast from 1999 to 2003, and then again from 2009 to 2011. It was created by Silvio Santos, a famous Brazilian media entrepreneur. The premise of the show involved contestants answering multiple-choice questions in order to win varying amounts of money, with the grand prize being one million Brazilian real.

The questions asked on the show ranged in difficulty from general knowledge to specific subjects such as science, geography, and history. Each question had four possible answers, with only one being correct. Contestants had the option to use lifelines such as phone a friend or ask the audience for help in answering particularly difficult questions.

Show do Milhao became very popular in Brazil during its initial run, leading to a number of spin-off games and merchandise. The show was also responsible for launching the career of its host, Sílvio Santos' niece, Patricia Abravanel.

In 2019, Show do Milhao returned to Brazilian television screens with new episodes airing on the SBT network.
